Nestled in the heart of Manhattan’s iconic Lower East Side, LES HUB is more than just a space—it’s a launchpad for creativity. With 34,000 square feet spread across two vibrant buildings at 201 East Broadway and 193 Henry Street, LES HUB is where artists of all disciplines come to live, create, and collaborate. Once the endpoint of the historic Canal Street, this location is a modern crossroads for culture and artistry, offering 15 thoughtfully designed apartments and dynamic retail spaces. The modular structures, arriving from Turkey this December, are architectural marvels that inspire creation even at a glance.
Adding to the magic, the façade will feature "Our Lady of the Lower East Side" by Ori Carino—a mural that transforms the buildings into living, evolving art pieces. Each brick in the mural doubles as a UV- and graffiti-protected plaque, linking patrons to the vibrant community they help build. Whether you’re a resident artist, a visitor, or a mural contributor, LES HUB is where stories and creativity take center stage.
At LES HUB, creativity thrives through collaboration. Our artist residency program brings together a maximum of 20 diverse creators, cohabiting in pairs within thoughtfully designed apartments. By pairing artists from contrasting disciplines, we spark unexpected synergy, where painters might inspire dancers and sculptors find rhythm in the beats of musicians. The living experience is designed to be immersive and transformative, with state-of-the-art facilities ranging from recording studios to sculpture workshops. Here, creativity knows no bounds—every corner is a space for growth and innovation.
